front end and transfer case flush?

My bronco set up for about 6 years. I have a new motor and changed the fluid in the tranny. What should I do the the front and rear end, transfer case? Seafoam? MMO? Or just drain and change???

i have been draining and changing mine for 24 yrs.
i do it two times a year since i am in the water so much.
i did drill a vey small hole in the 9" to make it easier and put in a sheet metal screw out of the way so it would not snag anything to make the drain plug.

do put in some equa torque each time but still running original parts except for outer bearings.

Pull the cover on the front axle and the PTO cover on the transfer case is the best way.
As for the rear end, they make a suction gun that looks like a grease gun that you can put into the rear end to get the old oil out.

draining the 9 " on My shelby, of course, i use the suction gun.
no way im drilling a hole in my 9" on that.

but the very little hole i put in the very edge of the bottom of the "bump" of the 9" on the bronc sure gets it all out. but not to fast in the winter.

at my age to laying on my back without a lift( add wish list ) i try to keep to a minimum...

Personally, I wouldn't trust a sheet metal screw from rattling out. The best option is to remove the drop in, drill and tap (or weld a bung in) NPT threads in the bottom of the housing. I never understood why Ford didn't build them this way.

i know .
i know

the set up is just a little "coyote"
the shelby has a large diameter plug on the back so it is easy to get suction gun into.
as you know a 68 EB you can just barley get your little finger in the fill hole...
the dana 60/70 set up i am building to keep my EB out of the water will solve all this.
but that is a different post.

Thanks. I'm very busy these days. Just bought a house and started a new job. And with 2 kids, I'm always on the go with them.
