04 Heated Seats

I've got a 04 Sport Trak with the heated seats and I'm having a problem with the passenger seat.

The heater buttons seems to stick in the on position. I can push it down and hear it click, but the light (and heat) stay on. If I keep trying, eventually it will find off, but that's getting to be quite a pain.

Anyone experience this problem? Thoughts? I'm suspecting a bad switch, but I have no idea on what it would take to pop it out and install a replacement. Any advice is greatly appreciated

Nope, no solution yet, we're just trying to ignore the problem and hope it goes away...

Just finally got around to fixing my sticky switch for the heated seat.went to ford and ordered a new one.$24.95,it was easy to remove side panel,3 philips screws and 2 contact clips.works like a charm now.part # is 98AZ-14D694-AA in case you wanted to change yours out.

The search function is great! Kept me from having to post a whole new topic. Mine is having an issue with the button not always clicking on (drivers side clicks, passenger side only sometimes) so I shall look up the part and install a new switch.
