I am going camping the wekend of the 25th in the snow. I need wood for a HOT fire 2 nights in a row. Anyone have rounds or decent logs to be removed? I am looking for cheap/free. May be interested in mill ends or other decent firewood that wont burn up like flash paper.

Yeah, You are kinda far out there. It would be much less to actually buy a 1/2 chord of wood than to drive to you and back.

Well, Tom is bring 1/4 chord or so. He has had it loaded in his camper since the summer. But that is only enough for 1 night.

Ya its takin up space in the barn, been in there drying for years. Not as much as used to be, enough cut wood to cover 2 pallets to about 2-3 ft high + another 2 piles outdoors but you wouldnt want that moldy crap.
I doubt youd wanna come out here, and i aint even home right now but if you dont need it till the 25th we could work out a day.
Tom, The wifey corrected me, It is the 12th. But she has a baby appt at 11 on friday. Scott, I would need the wood by the 12th.
