exhaust spacers

Anyone know off hand where I could buy a set of exhaust port spacers (for lack of a better word)? They install inside the exhaust port to get rid of the dead space in them and promote better flow. I talked to a guy about those earlier today and he was giving them great praises. He said at the dyno those things gave an extra 30 HP or TQ. I can't remember exactly but he said they get rid of the dead space in the head and gives the engine a noticable improvement then without them. Thanks.

Actually, yes it was. Thank you so much Merc460. I saw a set on Ebay a few weeks back but kind of laughed at the thought of installing them. They were going for $20.00 Now I can kind of kick myself. But hey hind sight is 20/20 right? Do you think they are worth it? Have you seen or used them before? Any comments are welcome. Thanks again.
