351m to 351w motor mounts

I know that this has been covered before, but, in my 78 F-250 4x4, will a new crate Ford Racing Windsor fit in the Modified's mounts? Perches? Towers? Everyone has different names for em. What else needs to be done? My motor finally puked the other day, almost 30 yrs after dad bought it. 302,254 miles, no overhaul! Also will the Windsor bellhousing fit on the NP435? thanks for the help.

havi is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
You'll need the 2 bolt motor mounts for the 351W, and then it'll fit into the perches/towers of the 351M. The Windsor's small bell pattern requires a small-block bellhousing, that your NP435 will bolt into (4 bolts). Don't forget the flat block plate.
