10-4 on that, I pushed for a few years myself. Sometimes it seems that if you just had the crews sit and watch TV, someone would still find a way to smash a finger or get something in their eye. Know what I mean?

I was in the Army and spent some time on Naval Bases (yeah I know), but when I made E-7 and became the equivalent to a Chief it was like getting the key to the executive suite. What a differnce one pay grade made. The Army didn't really make that distinction, but get that Anchor in the Navy and your the man.
