Well I guess I have to take my toys and go home
I've learned that unanswered requests and emails are
never good so I'll just take all my toys, comments and knowledge
back home with me and leave you people alone.

Hold that thought, I will see if FTE Fred can clear this matter up for you. You have been approved as a member of the MD Chapter.
Ask your question, I will see what I can also do for you.
In the mean time, you can join Shaun and visit with us in the Delaware Chapter for some not so meaniful posts. Just jump right in and have some fun while you are waiting for the resurrection of Tractor Boy. lol
I posted in so many different places today I forgot what the question was besides I'm tired of lugging my toys around. I'll be back shortly.

ok, i missed it, what did I screw up now and how do I always end up pissin so many people off.???????????????? this has been wearin on my nerves 4 a while now, the lack of enthusiasm and participation in this chapter, hell I even gotta post 4 people now. at first when I proposed the idea and got the ball rollin we had a lot more "active" members, now it seems I get back on here and they all disappear, am I doin something wrong here??????? should I stop goin 2 the firehouse and out on weekends just b a post ***** on here?????? I simply dont understand....................what do I gotta do 2 motivate our members??
SMD, George, lol I'm actually thinkin bout early retirement myself, from both my federal job and MD chapter leader and just b a full time volunteer firefighter, GO READ PROBIE DAYS!!!!!
Tractor Boy,
I apologize for any problems or trouble I may have caused you.
I realize you don't know me and I guess I shouldn't have said I
would take my toys home I was just messin around. George kept me
occuppied while you did what you had to do, I wasn't going anywhere.
I've been a mid atlantic member for a while but stopped coming around
because everytime I went to a different forum everything was 2 or 3 months old.
Nothin going on, no meets nothin so I pardon me "Took my toys" elsewhere.
Everyone has a life outside of these forums and that it is a job to mind the flock.
Again I'm sorry, will you forgive me?

no prob dave, appreciate it, when it comes 2 this chapter I take it really personally, I did so much 2 get it started......and now seems like its starting 2 fail, so I hope u understand where I am comin from, so no hard feelins, I can take a joke better than anybody else on here, but beware dish em out just as good! lol
I wouldn't expect anything else from you Pasadeners. I'm glad to see it was broken down a little smaller than it use to be.
Two other sites I'm on the chapters are so big you could never get everybody together.
My wife and I were traveling to DC, Jersey, and PA for meet and greets. If I can help just let me know I'll do what I can.

You all know, that it isn't against the (FTE) site rules for ANYONE to suggest where to meet for a GTG!!! TB and I tried for many moons to get many going. Lots for the idea but no attendees! Last year we had one at Anne's Dairy Queen in at Marley Station (Glen Burnie) on the colderst day of the year and only 4-5 people showed up. We have attempted many after that, but not enough interest.
We can not FORCE anyone to attend, but it would sure help if we could get more interest. If anyone has any suggestions where to get a GTG going, post it. Please remember that we have folks from NSEW that MAY attend if it's convenient for them. Getting a neutral distance for all is important. So, how 'bout it Marylander's?? We'd even allow those from DE to attend if they leave their guns at home!!
