My truck dosn't seem to exhibit any of those symtoms. I am curious what the BARA sensor is, as discussed in Maxium4x4's post.
My problems are intermittent. At times truck will not rev past the 1200-1400 rpm range, but most times, put it in gear, and it will move. I believe it is a combination of rolling resistance and engine issues.

Barometric Pressure, provides altitude information to the PCM so it can adjust timing, fuel quantity, glow plug on time and VGT control. A BP sensor can read normal until bumped, which simulates driving. Many times over looked because a static reading is within specs.
The engine is electronically controlled, all inputs must be examined to work right. Without the truck on hand to diagnose properly, I am just giving you direction as to what might, could, or may, be wrong.
Most dealerships rely on codes, no codes present, no problem. NEXT...
I stopped for 5 minutes, hardly enough time for truck to cool off, I restarted truck, and was unable to back-up and pull off the road. I have had my utility trailer on the truck and pulled into my meadow, and gone to back up the trailer and been unable to get it to move without waiting for the dreaded 10 seconds. As far as engine rpm is concerned, in all cases, the engine goes up to about 1200-1400 rpm and then just will not climb higher.
A vehicle with a faulty BARO (BP) sensor or VGT solenoid will lack power.

Some 2005-2007 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with a 6.0L diesel engine may exhibit reduced engine performance condition with no diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) when operated above 5,000 feet above sea level. This condition may affect 2005-2006 vehicles built before 3/15/2006 that had a powertrain control module (PCM) recalibration, and 2006-2007 vehicles built 3/15/2006 or later.

Coking deposits inside the turbocharger turbine housing can impede vane response causing high or low instances of exhaust pressure. Unexpected exhaust pressure results can cause over-boost, under-boost, insufficient or excessive exhaust gas recirculation, or unexpected EGR valve position, resulting in these symptoms.
VGT solenoid control is based on input sensors. The input sensors are used to calculate the engine speed, desired fuel quantity, altitude, and exhaust pressure. The amount of voltage the sensor deviates from a calculated reference value (sensor bias) may cause a commanded versus actual pressure calculation error.
Maxium4x4, thanks for the info. I will definetly check with the dealership to see if they have checked the BARA sensor.
Sorry BPofMD. I never assume I know the meaning of an acronym, especially when its meaning has more than a passing relevance on my understanding of an issue. These trucks, and the lingo associated with them definetly requires me to ask a lot of questions.

Just got off the phone with service manager, both the TSB's Maxium4x4 talked about have been reviewed with my truck. In fact, he claims the latest and greatest flash is installed in my truck. Per the service manager, all sensors and their outputs are normal, with readings and the like showing normal or are "within specs".
Is there some other specific question(s) to get relevant info for your use in helping diagnose this truck.?

Ask them if they have done a "wiggle" test of the wires and connectors. If the still cannot find something then have them install a datalogging computer on your truck and let you drive it for a number of days. Intermittant problems can be a pita at times to locate.
