The truck will be even better if the badge says diesel underneath it this year and not after every other manufacturer has it already. If they do not get it done early 2008 for the 2009 model they will be last. Heck I will settle for a 6.2 gasser.

Hopefully they do some kind of anodizing or something to permanently embed the black on silver.

Ford must realize how cheap it looks to have their emblems on the F-150/Superduties look after one year (or less) when most of the black paint has flaked off the silver background.

I like my 4.2 granted it can't tow more than a few k easily.

I never had any paint come off my emblems, and on my dads and uncles 150s their emblems are fine as well, I took acetone to mine actually though after 3 years to remove the black
