Deciphering VIN Codes
Hello,
I've downloaded the 1959-60 USA Ford vin info from www.mercurypickup.com which deciphers nearly ALL info on the VIN plate, but:
what are the different model #'s for F-100's: F-100, F-101, F-102, F-103, F-104 and F-105? Do these refer to flareside, styleside, panel, stake etc?
Color codes all make sense but what about two-tones and/or custom trim?
