The hook on the lower part of the dash?? why was it put there? The only thing i could think of is that you could hang your CB radio mic from it?? anyone know what it was put there for ?

My wife!! She thinks it's a great option.

 

My mom would have had she kept on getting the explorers. She always used the auto shifter to hang her trash bags on when she used to get the explorers.

Yea my mom was excited when she saw that on my dads truck, she thought she was the only one who really wanted a good place to hang a trash bag. But I guess shes not the only crazy one out there

 

Well think about it, more women(moms in particular) are trying to get away from that minivan image, but still have a big enough vehicle to haul all the little snots in. That's why there are a lot more creature comforts and alot more supercrews out there now(or atleasts I think that's a good reason why that is so anyway).
