How do I get the full TSB?
In the section for looking up TSB's I can find some that apply to my vehicle. But it doesn't show the full tsb. Just a desciption of the problem. How can I get the full tsb? It does show a bulletin # and a sequence #.

You probably can not find it because it was a OASIS Broadcast Message, not a TSB...
8266 - SUPER DUTY BUILT BEFORE 2/25/00 / CREW CAB POPPING NOISE
SOME 1999-2000 SUPER DUTY F-SERIES 250/350 EQUIPPED WITH CREW CAB AND BUILT BEFORE 2/25/2000 MAY EXHIBIT A 'POPPING' NOISE FROM THE REAR OF THE CAB WHEN DRIVING OVER UNEVEN SURFACES. THIS MAY BE CAUSED BY THE TWO REAR CAB TO FRAME LOWER BODY MOUNTS DEFORMING UNDER STRESS. THIS CONDITION CAN BE ELIMINATED BY REPLACING THE CURRENT TWO REAR LOWER MOUNTS WITH NEW MOUNTS - YC3Z-1000155-GA. IN ADDITION, THE REAR CAB TO MOUNT FASTENERS MUST BE REPLACED AS WELL. NEW FASTENERS MUST BE USED ANYTIME THESE FASTENERS ARE REMOVED OR LOOSENED. THE LEFT REAR CAB FASTENER IS - W705718-S301 AND THE RIGHT REAR CAB FASTENER IS - W705262-S301. TORQUE TO 80 NM (60 LB FT).

Instructions
Some other things you may want to check out are the rear springs to make sure they are looking good and have no broken/cracked leafs or sagging. Make sure your shocks are good. If equipped, make sure the auxiliary/overload springs are not hitting the bump stops. This is a common one that develops with time and makes a similar sound as bad cab mounts. I have read where a couple of people have secured a piece of wood between the bump stop and the auxiliary overload spring and the popping sound was gone. Proper solution is either new springs and/or shocks.
If the truck is not equipped with auxiliary springs, the body mounts will be a more likely suspect...
