yup. you will start to think that your going to break it, then at that point pull harder and it will unsnap itself. remove the four screws and unplug the radio. just as easy as that.

I think I recall reading somewhere that if you can if you get the plastic casing off the factory plug, it should reveal the same type of small round metal connector like the aftermarket ones use.

I used the factory satellite antenna for my aftermarket system. Like black04lariat said, you just have to take the plastic casing/adapter off.

If you have the console shifter, pop the radio bezel off first then remove the 2 screws that hold the ashtray in.

You can reach your hand down behind it.

Yes. It has clips that run along the sides of it (be sure to get all the clips out before you try and re-install the bezel...you will see what I mean when you pop it off). You need to pop the radio bezel off, unplug plugs and set aside, then it will expose two 9/32 (7mm) screws that hold the ashtray in. Remove them and the ashtray comes out.

Also, you can pop off the cupholder bezel that goes around the console shifter by opening the console lid and just pulling up and that will give you more access too, if I remember correctly.
