I have a 1998 F150 with the triton 4.6L. The engine has 125,000 miles and I want to replace it soon. I would like to go with the 5.4L triton, and have located a complete engine assembly with 18,000 miles on it. Will the 5.4L bolt in and run or would I have to get the computer from a 5.4L truck? Also what else would I need to complete this swap?

You will at least have to get the computer to make the coil on plug ignition work. You will need the wiring harnesses for all this also. There probably isn't a lot of other stuff you would need.
