Question A good driveline shop in Portland Metro area?

Hi all, and a Merry Xmas.

Could anyone recommend a shop that specializes in driveline work.

I would like to have my U Joints and Carrier Bearings changed out, and have the drive lines checked for balance, don't have a serious problem yet but it's time to start looking for a shop other than a dealer if possible.

Thanks, Walt

hey guys,
i work at a local transmission shop out here. and we have used 6 states alot.
at time they are kind of slow at times.but they do good work. we do alot of retro fit tranny's. in the older cars and trucks. and sometime you have to have driveline work done, either lengthen or short or check balance.

got some whinning and a lot of vibration in 3rd gear, can feel it in both the gear shift and the transfer case shifter, 2nd and 4th are smooth, 1st granny feels fine, no problems in reverse.
