Hey folks,
I just joined the FTE community. I recently purchased a '94 F-350 Crew Cab Dually w/the 7.3TD and 5speed tranny. I live in Severna Park during the week and work on the farm in Spotsylvania, VA most weekends. Hope to hear from some of you guys soon.
Hey thanks for the friendly welcomes. I've put in requests to join both the Maryland chapter and Virginia chapter. Merry Christmas and God Bless to all.
well the rule is you can only be a member of one state chapter, before the rule I think I was a member of like 10 or so, but now only one state chapter and one regional chapter, but feel free to join maryland, we would love to have you. I myself live near severna park in Arnold, so your just up the road, as a matter of fact we have a few members in this area, upper aa county, WELCOME!
Yes, the farm is owned by my uncle. I work as a mechanic during the week and I'm usually on the farm every weekend. Lord willing, I'll have my own horse farm in the next few years.
Quarters. Mostly training them for competitions such as Team Penning and Team Sorting. Right now, I'm still in the learning process and hope to start competing in the next 1.5-2years after I'm done with Tech-School. But even just getting to trail ride is good enough for me right now. if you get a chance check out the website. www.wolfmountainfarm.com Unfortunately however, My uncle is going through a divorce and farm will most likely be sold in the next few months. So after that, my saddle time will be greatly limited until he gets a new place.
BC, Quarters are cool. We have a Foundation Mare, a Skipper D Palomino Gelding and a Black and white Paint Gelding. Mostly trail horses. The Paint was class champ 3 years in a row for halter. The Palomino just came from the trainer for 60 days. Not a cold weather rider, so it will have to warm up a little for me.
Happy Trails.....
BTW, you can set up your signature now. Don't forget to add your name so we know who we are talking to.

Sounds like ya'll don't mess around. I was at the DE state fairgrounds a few months ago to watch a bull-riding competition. I heard a lot of people talking about Wyoming, DE so I guess it isn't too far from the fairgrounds?
