You probably have to replace the valve cover.

OBTW what happened that you want/have to replace it?

well lets just say im an idiot. lol
i was adding oil and the seal fell off the quart and you guessed it right down the hole so im trying to remove neck to be able to see more inside so i can get the seal out. Wish me luck or if there is anything else you could think of to get it out would help thanks

I take it the seal is the pull tab seal from the top of the oil bottle. Have you run the engine since this happened? You don't want this to stop us an oil drain hole in the head. Look for it with a small inspection mirror down in the filler neck. If you can locate the bottle seal sharpen the end of a piece of wire (coat hanger) and put a couple small kinks in it real close to the sharpened end so that it looks like a screw and "go fishing". Good Luck

Hey i got it out lucky it was up top in the bottom corner of the valve cover. Had to take the valve cover off but was worth it for peace of mind thanks
