Don't want to alarm you but I had an OASIS pulled on my truck after having owned it five years and three repairs made by my local dealer in the past two years did not show up. I am waiting for them to get back to me with an explanatiion.
The "outward dent in the cab" was probably made by a loose item in the truck when it bounded over a speed bump or some other such object. I just hope it was not made by someone's head. I have seen it happen. Really gives you a sore neck not to mention a sore head. Actually my neck hurt more then my head. Always wear a seat belt.
