Update mirrors on 91 Bronco/F150?

I would love to swap over to the newer 93-96? style mirrors from my old swing-away arm-mounted style. Preferably power, but that's not that big of a deal. Did they ever come heated?
I know I'll have extra holes in the doors where the bottom mount was, but I'm going to be doing some rust repair and repainting soon anyway, and will fill them in.
Where Is the inner control on the manual mirrors? I seem to remember seeing a newer Bronco with the power mirror control on the dash. Do I need to swap door panels also?
Anyone have any input on this swap?

The manual mirrors do not have an inside control, you just use your fingers to move the mirror where you need it from the outside. I have never seen a heated version, but I wont say they dont exist.
