I recieved a letter from a legal service. They told me there has been so many problems with this new 08 Truck that they are sending out letters.

It says, If you have experienced problems with your 08 Ford Truck you may be entitled to a replacement vehicle or a refund.

I called them and they will help me for free under the lemon law!!!

congrats tom!! yul love your new truck. milage still sucks.. but its nice to get into a truck everyday that u have confidence in!

OK the name of the place is consumer legal services, P.C. I think they are representing
people in Michigan. .

He told me that there alot of people in this area that are having trouble with there new trucks. That is why he sent the letters. How true this is I don't know but I got a letter and I called him. He also told me that it is a free service paid by the state I THINK

Update on Truck: It is running real bad hesitating to the point that I almost got run over today on I94 When the truck shifts form 1st to 2nd gear it is like it is running out of fuel
shaking and stumbling no Power. It has had 3 regens in 1 tank of fuel
I drove on the highway today for a half an hour at 75 MPH and it was 58 deg out.When I got off the highway It started smoking like a regen in cold morning, but it was not regening! It was running real rough I called the dealer and it goes back again tomorrow.
While they have it I got my recall for my seat today in the mail.
I noticed while checking my oil that my fuel filter housing is leaking so I am having them fix that. also they have to replace my air filter minder under TSB. and that turbo boot is coming of again it is half way off the cooler. I also noticed that some of the bolts that had to be taking off for the Radiator replacement are differant kinds, do not match

The letter I got from the BBB said Ford thinks my truck don't fit the lemon law rules so they won't help. come on April 9th
