PCM Relay Location

on a 98 expy can anyone tell me where the PCM relay is located? and if it is before or after the PCM, meaning does it have anything to do with the 5v that it puts out on pin 58 for the VSS? the problem is no speedometer. replaced the VSS, no 5volts to the VSS or out of pin 58. does this means that i should put in another PCM or will a flash from the dealer fix this?

any help is greatly appreciated. supposed to be leaving next weekend with the truck.

Hi I replied on your other thread. todays cars are too expensive to just start buying components hoping it will fix the problem. whenever the price exceeds 100US dollars its time for a qualified electrical shop. I deal with these sort of problems on a daily basis. it makes more economical sense to pay the 75 an hour to the electrical shop for diagnosis. a good electrical guy can find the problem in that first hour 99.9% of the time. do not buy a part you do not need.
