Question Anyone Tried the Fitch Fuel Catalyst ???

I was just watching an episode of HorsePower TV on Spike TV ... They had a segment where they were tweaking a GM gasoline crate engine. They used this "Fitch Fuel Catalyst System" and showed dyno-results with and without the catalyst... 93 octane gained a couple H.P. and increased fuel economy by .5 gallons per hr. 89 octane didn't yield more H.P. , but increased fuel economy by 2.5- 3 gallons per hr. My interest was piqued when they said the Fitch Fuel Catalyst has a DIESEL application as well. When I went to the website, there is indeed a version for the 7.3 PSD.

http://www.fitchfuelcatalyst.com/cfm...386&drill=2387

MY question is this: Has anyone else tried this product ? The website has a "Ask Us a Question" section, but I don't want to wait...LoL Anyone have $.02 to add ?

Thanks ! ! !

Scott

Check out Diesel Power magazine last month (Nov 2007) they did an article on it. The results were very impressive although the article was a little confusing. During the testing they changed the transmission on the truck and somehow it changed the MPG for the truck. Old Transmission: 24.10mpg w/o Fitch New Transmission: 22.10mpg w/o Fitch. New Transmission W/ Fitch 23.25mpg. Quotes from article: “we found that the thing actually worked” “we got a 1.15mpg increase with the Fitch driving under very light load conditions.” “At about $300, it isn’t a bad way to fight high fuel prices.”

If I gotta pay $300 clams to get 1 more MPG, I'm gonna go for it... It is a simple fact that it WILL pay for itself in time, just as my 4" exhaust and programmer have done ...

The oil companies are a scam! LoL

Fitch is a scam. Read the FAQ on their website and you'll see it's total crap. Anything that says this: "reformulates fuel prior to combustion on board the vehicle" is bogus. You don't reformulate fuel.

Oh, and the articles and TV episodes were sponsored heavily by Fitch. Got enough money, and you can say anything you want on TV.
