they look okay...but I wonder if they'll have the growing pains that Autosprings had initially.
I can't believe they sell a 3" kit. The 2.5" is about the biggest you can install. Even with 2.5", you'll still have minimal spring to control arm contact.
I've got the Bilstien 2" kit and I love it. Hope you like the one you've got. I did a lot of research and I wanted new shocks and struts also. I heard that rancho has one now called a Quick lift it uses an air bag at the top of the strut.
I got a 2.5" kit for mine for my B-day last week from my parents. Now I got to wait for college to resume and the et of christmas break so I can put them on. I'm not gona freeze my butt off when I can wait a couple of weeks to do it in a nice heated shop. O ya mine is NCD customs kit.

I got my 3" from fatbobs and i got the 1 1/2 add a leaf for the rear check my gallery I got an o4 fx4. the only thing with the 3" is you do have to adjust the toe on the front with the lift it toes it in some. I did mine the old fashion way of race car guys i used two 4' foot levels attached to the tires and wheels up off the ground about 8" and took measure from front and rear before install. and I found the reading heads up (same front and rear) then i just re-set after installation. drives as good as ever and no trip to the alignment center. good luck
im levelling on a budget rite now. im goin 2 put new shocks on in a month or two. the quicklift is only for 4x4 unfortunately. i figure rancho 9000 with my spacers will get the job done.
Sorry to hijack but can you level a truck without changing the shocks will the stock shocks work right with a leveling kit installed might be a dump question but i ordered my leveling kit without thinking of this. thanks yall
your truck has the stance I'm looking for, thanks ....oh and I actually live pretty close (within an hour) of you, Shamokin,Pa
small world my wife and I usually make a trip up the river weekly to the applebys resturant and then over to wall mart at selinsgrove. glad you liked the truck it only has the original 18" and stock tires , been thinkin on going with 20s and 305 tires, when $ permits lol.

mine are stock no problems yet and that has been 1000 miles back. I have heard though there is a concern about shock travel.
where did you get your add a leaf all i have found is helpers springs? will the helpers do the same as the add a leaf?
Go to FatBobsgarage.com thats where I got mine. I think they were 149. you can also check ebay under f-150 suspension lift. I dont know if helpers will do the trick some of them just are just kinda under the mainspring and they dont actually touch till you get loaded up. the add a leaf is actually part of the spring pack and they increase your load capacity 900 lbs.
