It was a tractor bonanza;)-and some good news!!!

Broke a water pipe this morning and flooded out one of the corral areas, just no way I was going to shovel 20 yards of dirt. so fired up the backhoe, leaking rear main and all, and just took at it.

Did make a minor mistake though...forgot to open up the fuel shut off..took a bit to get it going again

Soo, I'd dump some loads over the railing from one side, jump on the Massey and scrape it out...kinda fun playing "construction/commercial guy".

Wasn't able to get realbig loads in the bucket though...since the hoe isn't on and I've only got water in the rear tires for weight, I can't pick up much...but it sure beat shoveling!!!

And the good news is the Vet came by today and said I can start backing off on the meds for the Horse...this weekend I get to cut back to 3 times a day, and next week just twice a day. She's doing real well, better after all the dough and time I put into her.

I might get a life back pretty soon

Wow, must have been one sick horse. Glad to hear he/she is doing ok. Sounds like you had a lot of fun with all them new fangled tractors you have in your back forty. Cool!

Hey Jim, good to see you around! Just get a one of those little propane torches and duct tape it to the dash...instant heat!

Re: The horse, it was her eye and looks like it's on the mend and doing well.
Oh, and my newest tractor is 35+ years old.

Yes I am still here. Been busy with upgrading my computer, and trying to get the daily driver "livable" Got the next 2 days off, so I will try again to fix the heater.
