Question '71 Ranchero wiper switch not working...

I just got a new drive and wiper arms for my '71 - right after I put them in, it seems that the switch is now bad. (Nothing works) - the motor was running fine until I put the wiper blades on this week (to actually use them).
I checked the voltage at the connection to the motor with the switch on, and got nothing. I also tried a different motor and got nothing, so I am assuming the wiper switch is bad. Is there something else I should check?

I noticed under the dash there is a green round switch (looks like a flasher switch) that appears to be part of the wiper connection - could it be bad?
Also, what wiper switches interchange with this model?
I know the motor is the same as a '67 - '68 Mustang.

I cracked a rib a couple of days ago, and couldn't get a good look up under the dash, but hopefully can crawl up under there this weekend.

Thanks

Wiper system illustration in the parts catalog shows nothing like this.
