Edge Evolution Cuts Out While Driving

Recently bought an Edge Evo for a 2000 F-150 5.4L 2WD and love the performace of level 2. It'll keep me in this truck a lot longer. Only problem I've had is that it cuts off while driving and won't come back on without engine restart. The AMPG gets reset and is more of a pain. I want to fix the problem and make sure I shouldn't try to get a new unit. I bought it from AutoAnything, so I'm not sure the options.

I would check the cable connectors for a good connection. The connector lock on the Edge end of the cacle failed causing a similar problem for me. A new cable resolved the problem.
