Talked to my adjuster today. She said the wrenches and stuff I gave her for cleaning came out clean but pitted. She told me they will replace or give me an apperance allowance. Updated her on my garage plans. I told her I was waiting to hear from another concrete guy. She told me once I have a price she will cut a check for the foundation.

I will still have the beer. The lake and the camping may suffer some. Gonna have to build fast.
