that is an 09 you can tell by the 3rd brake light and the fenders. That is an Extended Cab not a Crew Cab and it appears to be a tad bit longer than the current Extended Cabs. just my .02 take it or leave it

What happened to the frame? The current F-150 does not have all those "swiss cheese" holes drilled in the frame. Can someome say welcome back to the 80's. Second the current F-150 has tube cross sections welded through the frame rails I did not see any in the pics. The tranny is the 6 speed used in the expeditions right now.Looks like just a body change for 09.

can't be for certain, but looks like a redesigned diff?

might look to be a bit beefier than the 10.75, but I am not for certain...also looks like the front hubs are "sealed" and you don't have to bust the hub nut off to get the rotor off...but I can't be for sure there either...

also looks like it might be a bit more difficult to get to those plugs. lol

I can't really say anything else about the chassis...other than the fact that like a previous poster said...awfully pretty bell-housing.

That's a standard 3V 5.4L engine and a 10.25 rearend. And yes, they have been 6 lug since 2004.

Me and Oh boy say welcome to the club!!

FYI...Did you know one of the "completed" trucks was a clay model ??

It's amazing what can get done when the glasshouse decides to hold an event like this...That facility was nowhere near done a month ago.

Clay model...

That explains why we weren't allowed to open the hoods!
