I am a Vol. Texas Fire Fighter and we use the F-350 for brush trucks... and we beat the chevy out of them! Never had one fail on us... EVER! I hope Pierce is reading this..

On subject.... I have been building a using HHg gen. for a few year now. most in gas engines. I am building one now for the diesel, and if y'all want I will post detailed photos and drawing of how to build and install.

I have seen limited gains ffrom the HHg, and believe my time and money is better spent on WVO, but ya never know, maybe someone out there can make it work.

Thank you all for the excellent advice.

Respectfully,

" reconnected all the wires and wired the amp meter properly and installed a 30amp fuse inline at the battery and started playing. First I tried no baking soda and I was drawing around 10amp so I added 1tps of baking soda and the meter increased to around 15, so I added one more and my amp meter was just over the 20amp mark on a 20amp meter. Very quickly the water started to look like it does on the pic......yucky and the foam began rising slowly to the top! I was about 2-3 inches below the top when I started. Also for as many little bubble and the occasional big bubbles that were produced I didn't seem to get anything out the hose. I'm really at a loss at the moment and I'm not sure what to try next. But it really looks like my all-thread rod us busted..........any thoughts on this? Thanks and I hope it's not against any rule to have posted similar info in two different threads"

that green goop is the zinc plating coming off the galvanised all thread

Whats up Parkland,
Just wondering if you are still running halfgashalfwater, if so interested in seeing how its going 2 1/2 years later. I'm considering hydrogen conversion for my vehicles.

Quick, and all the rest of you trying to use hydrogen, a question for you. What do you get when you charge a battery? Ans: The gas you all are trying to produce. The big "H". Now with that in mind why don't you just gently tap into each or both of your batteries and suck the "H" outa them. Pun intended.
The only thing to watch is the electrolyte level as you will be using it up as you take out the "H". However nothing could be simpler and just a couple of tubes conected to the intake air box. I would sugest as close to the Turbo as practicle to prevent acumulation in the intake plumbing. You also might want to incorperate a one way gas only device to prevent battery acid from being introduced into your intake pipes. They won't like that stuff very much.
I have used this same process to make load banks for 100kw generator sets. 55 gal barel three pieces of big rebar and lots of salt water. Boiled it in about 20 minutes. That for 220v 3 phase.

Sorry for not following up on my promise to post the HHG photos and diagrams… life got in the way and then Hurricane IKE has this Texan in rebuilding mode…..

So our Excursion is getting quite the work out latley……. Playing Work Horse…. Towing supplies…. Delivering relief supplies for my neighbors and at times playing ambulance…. Oh ya and home from me and the family.......

If Mercedes ever decides to build a Truck, if they are smart, they will get Ford to do it for them!!!

Having said all that… we will rebuild and I will post all the info later….

Parkland, I have been using HHO in my F-250 gas truck for a week and found a dramatic difference in omissions. Question, how did you overcome the MAF sensor or the O2 sensors? Thanks, Jimbro
