well i never had a overdrive automatic from a ford, but had one in a chevy and it blew up at 80000 miles.. and i only towed with it once, and that was the time.

My 2cents...

It looks like the 09 F150 is copying the honda truck, and that sucks, let alone it's an ugly design anyway, then they look like a honda? Bummer.

On the other hand the Super Duty looks like it wants to run over babies, nothing else comes close.

I have to agree... the 2008 Super Duty's are very ugly.

However, we are talking about trucks here and I don't know about you, but I'd rather have an ugly truck, than a pretty truck.

For what they cost, I'd want both pretty and functional . The SD's are ugly but I think it's because of the screwed up headlights. I prefer the SD over the F-150s now thats for sure.

I think that the 09 150 screw is a great looking truck, I can't wait for the 2010 model with the diesel and ecoboost. But I only like the grill on the XLT, Lariat, and King Ranch. Just me though...

believe it or not, the best working ford auto i've had was the aod in my 89 bronco. not only did i have no troubles w/it over the years, but it was set up good too. it shifted when it should. my old c-4's where reliable and good for the most part, but i usually had to lo-1 it to get the rpm's up. just an adjustment needed i guess

Arrow '09 F150 is the XLT, Lariat, or KR

The '08 SuperDuty is pretty ugly...IMO. The headlights are just deformed...but good news...is that 2010 gets a fresh face-lift (kinda take the bag off the head)...I hope.

The '09 F150...is a pretty good looking truck overall. Now that goes towards the XL, STX, XLT, Lariat, FX4, and King Ranch. Now of course...the only F150 we will see is the fugly Platinum. Boy-O-Boy...that is just a feminine looking truck.

Kind of what they did when the '08 SuperDuty came out...the only one folks saw was the F450. Now...that is an impressive truck...but come on FORD...show us the line-up. What are you afraid of...that other folks will see the ugly ones too???

Now the '09 RAM 1500 is a pretty sharp looking truck. I like the racing attitude front grill and hood. The dual exhaust coming out the rear bumper is kinda chezzy for me. But the RAM BOX is way cool!

Toyota Tundra...naaa...not my idea of a tuff truck. Just doesn't do anything for me.

IMO...the FORD trucks are still the best looking...and definitely the tough looking too! My favorite in the '09 F150 is the XLT, Lariat, or KR.

This Dodge looks fairly decent. At least the front is alright kinda cool actually. I like the idea of rear exit dual exhaust, but not with those short tips and definitely not through the bumper. I don't like it when any car has the rear bumper notched out for the exhaust. It looks kinda stupid. I'm also tired of the car like middle console and floor shifter, that all the auto makers keep putting in their trucks. The shifter should be on the column if its an automatic transmission truck. All in all though, I would say that this is the only truck that was built since the 2001 Dodge that doesn't make me sick. That is other than the older SuperDuty trucks.

I read that the floor shifter is optional on the dodge

Then Honda ridgeline is compltely unispiring.

The Titan looks like a Frontier on Roids.

The Tundra, i'm not what in the hell Yota was thinking. Is that thier secret weapon?

The Dogde's basic design is 15 years old. Dodge employes some of the most cutting edge designs and yet they stick with an old and outdated body.

Chevy is Fugly! GMC is very arractive with nice lines.

F-150 since 1997 has had a very conservative and somewhat inferior stance.

'08 SD has a commanding presence, prominent stance and broad shoulders. Standing still you can just imagine steam flaring from it's nostrils as it scratches it's hoof in the dirt! This truck is beautiful, well built, offers the best variety of option groups and is ready to work it's ever loving A$$ off! This animal just screams "keep up with the big dawgs or stay on the porch"! And I'm pissed because I'm still making a payment on my wife's '04 Expy!
