Cold Weather Starting Question

I Have A 96 Psd And I Live In Ohio So It Gets Really Cold Her. In The Teens At Night And Was Just Wondering If It Would Be A Good Habit To Go Out Every Couple Days Or So And Start It And Let It Run For About 1/2 Hr. Is This A Good Thing Or Not?????????????????????????

i don't see no need in starting it unless you do it just to keep the batteries up and alive...

We normally don't start any of our farm equipment during the winter months unless you absolutly have too. Its a pretty good strain on the batts/starter etc if its not plugged in. We've have tractors that have sat for months on end and they've started up with little effort once its warm.
