Scammers

When I'm boared I go fishing with them to see how long I can keep them on the hook. When I tell them I need a shipping name and address, that the shipper requires, to quote a shipping price, they usually don't last long. They want to include the shipping cost in the payment check. The latest came from Kentucky. Their english and slang is improving. They also don't want a wire transfers. The last two were female names, Kelly_Waters and a Sarah. Have a great holiday, chuck

When we bought Gracie on ebay, I first called the phone number listed in the ad for more info, then I had the father of a friend go see the truck and test drive it. It turned out that the father was perviously aquainted with the owner when he went to look at it. I sent a 1000.00 certified check to my friend's father to deliver as a deposit. We flew out there with another certified check for the balance. My wife went with the owner to the bank and DMV and had the title transfered before we left.
The owners turned out to be really nice people. He just wasn't mechanically inclined so had to pay someone else to work on the truck for him which became financially overwelming.
Another I checked on turned out to be scam. Beautiful 34 Ford hotrod with a buy it now price of 10K listed as being in OH. I sent the seller a message saying I wanted to buy it for the BIN price, and to send me the address of the vehicle and I would be there the next day with a certified check to pick it up.
I got a response back in near english that the car was actually overseas and I would need to wire the price and shipping to him and he would arrange shipping to the US. I reported it to ebay and the listing vanished about an hour later.
