so me and some of my friends have been trying to find new spots to go mudding, we have a couple spots we have been going to since high school but they are pretty small and other people have torn them up pretty bad. OKC has got the rivers pretty much in-accessable these days too. so does anyone know where some good spots are? preferably around yukon/piedmont but we are getting kinda desperate so within 25 miles is worth the drive.
depending on if the dam is open or not, you can get into the river at I40 and eastern, or on 23rd between I35 and Sooner Rd, not great but good enough to get yourself stuck......
recently pulled my dad's 08 f250 superduty crewcab out from a 4 ft deep hole out there. 3 trucks and shovels is what it took. after we got it out baby catfish were flopping around all over the ground
thats not a bad place, better than where we go but almost everyimte i;ve been there i've seen bums and crackheads, and i dont need no stab wounds
last time i got winched out at the wash out between reno and tenth. it was atleast 3 feet deep there.(darn heepers)the holes at 23rd use to be pretty deep like some 44's ripped thru it.but i havent been there since august.there was talk of going down there with a hoe and digging some big pits but havnt heard anymore.purcell has got some pretty nice mud holes .nothin but 44's and up down there.
