Rear disc brackets

Going to do a rear disc brake conversion on my Dana 60. I have seen both bolt on and weld on brackets. Any disadvantage to either type?

Can't miss with the bolt on type. Gotta have a welder to use the weld on type, and those puppies are permanent.
