You have to have so many posts and be a supporter of FTE. Can't remember the rules exactly. But you can get someone else to refer you regardless.
Tim referred me and I am on the list, I think. Basically it keeps freeloaders from getting your info. Besides calling the list I would also think posting like how this post started would be helpful.
