Man I was half tempted to make a login and set all them straight on whats up with diesels. And as for the guy who wants to put on in a crown vic that would just give diesel a bad name...I have other things I wanna say but I dont wanna loose my FTE membership. But man that was a good laugh, ticked me off, but a good laugh because my engine has 319,000 miles...lol

Well that settles it...Mines for sale....No it's not...yes it is....no it's not...
yes it is...no it's not etc etc etc

I foregot to look to see where those jerks are from but I'll bet they are blowing more black smoke out of their ***** than our hottest PSD 7.3.

One of you Guru's, and I say that respectfully, should get on that site set them straight with your vast knowledge.

On the other hand it's not nice to make fun of the handicapped.

Someone should straighten them out. After all the Crown Vic almost ruined Ford. It does not come with a diesel option, it's damned near impossible to install a fifth wheel hitch for it, the front axle never engages, the ground clearance is almost non-existent, it's very difficult to put anything large in the bed, there is no dual tank option, and the handling when towing over 10,000 lbs. is pitiful.
I found their website because I was researching the idea of putting a S/C 5.4 into a Crown Vic and trying to duplicate the GT 500 drivetrain (or reasonably close to it). After reading some of that nonsense though I think I will get the majority of my research from another source. The good news is that when I get the Crown Vic finished I am putting a giant ford-trucks.com sticker on the back window and then joining their site just so I can post pictures of it.
The other idea I had was to recruit a bunch of you guys to join with me and we could hijack that thread, but these guys are kind of Ford brothers, so I'll cut them a break. They're just not good brothers like you guys.
