Longevity of a 99 AFV

I'm interested in a 99 F150 that has 97000 miles on it. This truck runs off both propane and gasoline.. Does anyone know if there is a happy medium between running one over the other? I've heard that the propane burns hotter. Does anyone own one of these trucks with more than 200k on it?

You might try the Turbochargers, superchargers, water and propane injection forum, just a few lines down from this one, most people here just deal with alternative Diesel Fuels
