Question hub/rotor assembly

My 91 f-350 7.3 single rearwheel pickup has a heavy duty front end with kingpins instead of ball joints. It appears to have a single piece hub and rotor assembly however the auto parts guy sold me a rotor which is separate from the hub/bearing assembly and swears that the two pieces separate. Ihave not removed the hub but have inspected the assembly after removing the wheel and I believe the hub/rotor to be one piece. Is there anyone out there who can confirm or deny my observation? Any input will be appreciated.

remove the assembly, drive the studs out, go back to the parts store and buy 8 new studs, swap the rotor onto the hub, flip it back over and drive the new studs in...

I don't buy new studs. I put a lug nut on em even with the end and hit em square with a 5lbs sludge hammer, one, maybe two well placed hits knocks em out. Just don't use a 16oz claw hammer and beat the crap out of em to get em out and they'll be fine.
Unscrewing the lug nut to chase the threads once its free.

Screwing up one eh!? no big deal but 8 or 16 at a buck and a half a piece or more? not me. I guess I'm cheap!
