Will the tps work on the injector pump from a truck with a manual trannie?

Will the tps work on the injector pump from a truck with a manual trannie?
Hi fellas what i want to know is the shaft in the injector pump from a pump out of a manual tranny the same so it will work the tps for an e4od. And if not what needs to be done to swap them.

yes it will you just need to pull that pin out of it.
