Chatsworth, NJ it is in the middle of the Pinelands, lots of good places there, we would cut school and go wheeling there back in the day:

The spot here is pretty cool, we went back there a lot of times. One time when I was there I ended up in the hospital for about a month. Totally ruined my summer. But there is a mud hole there that will sink a 12" lifted truck with 44's on it. The area in the middle of the pic is known as 100' Hill, but by now it is probably 30'.

Now I have not been to these places in 15 years, but they are still good spots to go, just make a day trip of it. Just be sure to bring a map with ya, Once while trail riding in Chatsworth, I went down a few trails and got lost. It took me 2 hours to find my way back. I didn't have any compass, I didn't know any of the roads, no map, nothing. Luck got me back.
I also did a job at this base here:

There are some small trails just south of the base that run to the river, you can go fishing and get some good 3 eyed perch. I think the base is pretty much closed except for the reserveist that mess around on the weekend.
