I am not much into mudding, but I have heard a lot of people go along the canal around ST Georges. Hope this helps a little. I am sure you will get more input from the group.

Find a new constrution site. Go in there on a Sat.or Sun.(when no one is working) after a good rain and give her hell.

Chatsworth, NJ it is in the middle of the Pinelands, lots of good places there, we would cut school and go wheeling there back in the day:

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&time=&date=&ttype=&q=chats worth,+nj&ie=UTF8&ll=39.820996,-74.533997&spn=0.027621,0.080338&t=h&z=14&iwloc=add r&om=1

The spot here is pretty cool, we went back there a lot of times. One time when I was there I ended up in the hospital for about a month. Totally ruined my summer. But there is a mud hole there that will sink a 12" lifted truck with 44's on it. The area in the middle of the pic is known as 100' Hill, but by now it is probably 30'.

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&time=&date=&ttype=&q=tucka hoe,++nj&ie=UTF8&ll=39.295135,-74.910922&spn=0.003479,0.010042&t=h&z=17&om=1

Now I have not been to these places in 15 years, but they are still good spots to go, just make a day trip of it. Just be sure to bring a map with ya, Once while trail riding in Chatsworth, I went down a few trails and got lost. It took me 2 hours to find my way back. I didn't have any compass, I didn't know any of the roads, no map, nothing. Luck got me back.

I also did a job at this base here:
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&time=&date=&ttype=&q=ordmo nt++nj&ie=UTF8&ll=39.748576,-75.454359&spn=0.013825,0.040169&t=h&z=15&om=1
There are some small trails just south of the base that run to the river, you can go fishing and get some good 3 eyed perch. I think the base is pretty much closed except for the reserveist that mess around on the weekend.
