Blend Door Actuator

I have an '02 and the blend door acutuator has broken off a pin from the cable to the door itself. Anyone know if this is a dealer item only? Or is there a fix remedy? This only would happen at the beginning of winter when you need the heat to work!! Thanks in advance for any help......

Blend door and associated heat/air conditioning will be dealer items I'm sure.

You might be able to get the parts at a "recycling" yard.
