Carl: is that the style vac advance you were inquiring about? C5AZ-12370-A be glad to remove it & send it on... no use for it. I'll probably just save the plate/weights and gear and toss the rest...
C5AZ-12370-A .. Vacuum Diaphram (Motorcraft DD-190) is still available from Ford.

FTE sponsor Direct Ford Parts: List: $40.82 / FTE member net price: $21.64.

If ordering one from DFP, drop the hyphens from the part number: C5AZ12370A

$380 good? I paid just under $800 for my LR heads to have that work done to them and this was back in 1986 still running them today with a light valve and seat dressing.

Don has been really good to me and I attribute it to my showing up with my **** together so he doesnt have to second guess anything. He confirms most the the data given is in fact correct and enjoys shooting the breeze about the build concept. Runs a small place with 1 apprentice so surely that has it's benefits..If the opportunity arrises to become a floor sweep for the guy.. it's on LOL... Keys to Disneyland LOL

That is the reason why I just smoothed the hump down and called it good as a thin spot will cause boiling problems besides I value my C4G heads.
One racer years ago showed me a head he cut up in sections and it showed that hump as not that thick if you about removed it completly.
Sorry to hear about you porting adventures.

Ouch! That sucks Bobby! Need me to keep checking the pullyoshait here?

I have watched C4-Gs and C6-Rs go to the crusher. Even at $60 a set, people are not lining up to adopt them. For all I know, shipping from 80403 would cost more than that.

For a real challenge, I'm still looking for your interior door trim.
