Question Ripped off by Truckaddons

Have to agree with Thomas A. . . Here's my story:
On Oct. 13, 2007, I ordered a DualLiner pickup-bed liner. Credit card charged on Oct. 16, 2007.

The DualLiner bed liner comes in five parts, clearly described and pictured on their web site:

• One "load guard" (front of bed) piece
• Two side pieces
• One tailgate piece

• One bed mat

Received PART of the order within 10 days. There were four pieces, everything EXCEPT the bed mat in one box. The box was not big enough to hold the bed mat too, so I thought it would come in a separate box. It has not.

Went to Order Tracking - told them that the bed mat had not arrived. Got an e-mail back that said I did not order the bed mat - I had ordered the DualLiner bed liner. E-mail marked "CLOSED".

Sent another e-mail explaining that the bed mat is one part of the DualLiner bed liner. Got another e-mail that said "Sir - I don’t think so." E-mail marked "CLOSED." Sent two more e-mails asking for an answer, using the "contact us" button for customer service on their web site. They are ignored. Sent a letter - ignored.

Want more information on this company? Just Google Truckaddons. Or go to the Kentucky Better Business Bureau web site (kybbb.com) and search for their name. If I had done that before ordering from them, I wouldn't be having this hassle.

They have my money. I do not have what I paid for. Why won’t they answer

I have ordered from them probably 10 times. I had one time that they sent the wrong color floor mats and they paid to ship them back and sent the right ones right out. Other than that I have never had a problem from them. It was always fast shipping and the best price I could find on the items I bought. Maybe I have just gotten lucky.

It's been 5 days since I sent them a PM here on the board, as they requested me to do. Still haven't even got a reply back on that. And to no surprise, they still haven't refunded my money.

They were very good to me when I had a issues with a missing part.
They overnighted it to me...

Thomas A,
Glad I read this. I was going to order from them. But will look elsewhere for my parts now...

If I were you (and if you didn't already), I would contact my CC and contest the charge from them...

Reputabe companies do not charge restocking fee's. Expecially when the return was there error!

I'm glad you are taking your business elsewhere, and I hope everyone else on this board does as well.

After fighting with these morons for 2.5 months, I finally got a refund, but it was not because of them. My credit card company was able to use their legal means and my rights as a consumer to get my money back. If it hadn't been for them, I would never of seen any sort of refund.

Even after they got on here and asked me to send them a PM to work it out with them, they never even replied back. Talk about a bunch of empty promises and bull ****. I have never dealt with such a terrible, dishonest, immoral, and cowardly company as this one. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!

I am considering this deal closed, and will not comment on it any further. It is pretty obvious what happened here, and how I was treated.

Good Companies

If you are looking for a good aftermarket company to deal with, I highly reccomend AZ Trucks and Quality Bumper. I have personally dealt with both companies, and they treated me very well, and were extremely helpful. If the management of this board cares about the reputation of it, I would hope they would get rid of TruckAddons as a sponser and seek sponership from a reputable company like one of these.

I sent them numerous e-mails, and sent them a PM on this board, and never once got a response. When I called them, I was given the run around, or lied to just so they could get me off the phone. I believe I called them 3 times.
