THAT WAS 60 YEARS AGO. THAT WAS A DIFFERENT WORLD THEN. THE GOVERNMENT IS SPENDING BILLIONS ON THE WAR. MONEY THAT GETS USED FOR PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS, SCHOOL, ROAD CONSTRUCTION, AND OTHER THINGS. SINCE THAT MONEY IS NOT THERE THEY ARE NOT USING THE MONEY FOR THE OTHER THINGS.
