Is the two sided rectangular copper gasket that fits between to incoming exhaust manafolds and the turbo reuseable? Also I have heard that by heating copper with a torch will re-soften the metal!?

Any thoughts? Comments?

Annealing is the process you are speaking of. Many people say to quench the copper in water after it is red hot. Quenching it in water is not needed for this metal. I do this all the time to washers. Give it a try. Check for soot leaks after a few miles.

Annealing the copper is the best way to guarantee they will seal again. I carefully use an Oxy/Acetelyne torch. Use full Acetelyn to blacken (soot) the copper, turn on the oxy, then burn off the the soot...softens the copper.
