Going hunting again

I'm heading to La for another week of deer hunting. Wish me luck. I have room for about one more good deer iun my freezer.I'll still killas many as I see though.A couple of my friends have room in their freezers for a couple of deer. Ya'll wish me luck. I'll admit anyone wanting to join the chapter when I get back later next week.

I killed another good buck on this last hunt. I plan to make him into sausage except for the back straps.I plan to cut it about 1 inch thick & wrap it in bacon like fillet mignon.Yum!

good luck on your trip,you ever try putting cream cheese and one slice of jalapeno pepper then fold it over wrap it with baccon poke the toothpick thru and grill.thats the best way I have ever had deer meat
