Ok so i think i might have messed up my flatty. I put to much oil in and it started to run real bad.... When i had no choke on the thing would rev up so high untill i turned the key off. Whats the deal? I drained all the oil (way to much was in) and but the 5 qts that the manual said to. and it still does it. Could it be a blown ring?
Please help.

Well it was that little tap under the carb that is connected to the fuel accelerator pump... it came off the attachment to the lower butterfly valve and pined it all the way open.... OOOPS
I sure learned my lesson,
Alec
