I wish I could say we were allocated a budget for that.

If there is to be any budget of any sorts, it cannot have anything to do with FTE, or affiliated, yada yada.

 

Just set the place,date and time. Get RSVP's and just let the place know for lunch how many are coming...... It's called EAT first then talk.

 

Well snowfest is really busy time for a lot of things.

We will have to have a for sure count, date and time. and game plan all together for the meet.
