1958 truck

A local used auto dealer has an old truck on the lot.
I am going to see what he wants for it . I'm guessing 3000.00.
It's in less than good condition - rust, primer, missed matched wheels, etc.
I'm going to check it out - offer 500.00?

$500 is probably a good starting point. It's hard to judge the value of the truck without seeing it. Also, since you're in Hawii I assume there can't be too many old trucks running there which is going to drive the value up. Also, the cost of living in Hawii, at least what I have been told, is quite a bit higher than on the mainland, especially in the midwest. The truck might be worth $200 in KS but worth $750 in CA and $500 here in the upper Midwest.
