Ok so apparently some small minded people dont understand that the truck in this signature is a combination of many sarcasims. Please quit being stupid and study up before you run your mouth about it.

Archion has a good reputation on FTE. Archion has a good reputation on FTE.
It is at the MD/WV state line on I-81, bordering the Potomac on the WV side, Williamsport on the MD side.

MEMBERS, NEED HELP PICKING A HOTEL/MOTEL FOR THE MIDATLANTIC FORD TRUCK MEET, AUGUST 8--10, 2008, ALL TRUCK NATIONALS within 20 miles of Carlisle, PA.

Either post up a suggestion, send me a PM or email me at glruffde at yahoo.com.

One of the PA members, jimmyb08SD, has already helped me with setting up the campsite. Now we need a recommendation for a motel/hotel.

Would like to get the rooms reserved by January 15th.

They said they recommend each individual call and make their reservation ASAP, they are going to try to keep us as close together as posible, but there are some factors that will play in, like Tent campers, Trailer size, if you have a tilt out, and what amenities you want (electric, water, sewage, etc.), also how quickly you make your reservations. To date there have been 2 sites reserved under the Mid-Atlantic FTE, I am one of them, and one other. Anyone wanting a cabin should make it a priority to call right away, because they only have 4, and they will fill up quickly. The Contact person at the campground is Bonnie, she will be out on Wed. and Thur. but will be back on Fri 1/11/08

So anyone that wants to camp with us, please dont drag your feet, they say the campground always is full for this weekend!!

Ps anyone who makes a reservation please post on here that you are in so we can keep a tally!
Thanks, jimmyb08SD
Thank you Jimmy for all of your hard work and effort!

Just a reminder to those of you who showed their support for this meet. In case you have missed it, the info for registering for the Carlisle All Truck Nationals is posted in your chapter as well as the MidAtlantic Region. I personally put up the money to reserve a "tent" so we will have parking on the fair grounds for all of us. In order for me to get my money back, I need you to register.

To Pre-Register for the MidAtlantic Region Meet, complete the form found here for the " 2008 All-Truck Nationals NON-COMPETITION Fun Field.

optikal illushun is starting off with a positive reputation.
there is usually a camp site right outside the gates on the far side. its run by a local fire department and it is really cheap. its watched all day long so all ur stuff is safe. also, its in a grass field with a lot of trees.

BTW, good luck winning a club attendance award...ur gunna need more than 40 memebers to be in the running...at least that is how it was in years past.

if u get 20 or more members u can reserve a tent for shade. let me know where y'all will be parked and ill stop by. im parking with some friends so im going solo.
